Lawyer, Law Degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Postgraduate degree in Urban Law from Universidad de los Andes, and Master in Law, mention in Regulatory Law, from Universidad Católica de Chile.

He was a lawyer at the law firm “Pfeffer y Asociados”, lawyer at the Legal Division of the Undersecretary for the Armed Forces, under the Ministry of National Defense, Legal Director of the University of Santiago de Chile (USACH), and is currently Of Counsel at Contreras Riveaux Abogados and partner at CPA Legal Abogados.

He is also a professor of administrative law at the Law School of Universidad del Desarrollo (UDD), and of Constitutional and Administrative Law at the Law School of Universidad de Santiago de Chile (USACH).
